I'm a mum juggling work, business, and family, Neuro-Somatic coach (ICF-accredited), and founder of the NerveAlign™ method.

Like many high-achieving women, I spent years looking capable on the outside while my nervous system was overloaded inside. I didn't need more mindset work - I needed my body to feel safe.
